Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will be processed for fulfillment within 48 business hours of receipt unless received after 12:00PM EST, in which case they will be processed the following business day (Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. bZippity.com will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines). Please note that our warehouse does not ship on Weekends and Holidays.
Q: Will I be able to Track my package once my order is shipped?
A: Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with directions on how to track where your package is during its shipment.
Q: How long will my package take to get to me?
A: Once an order has been processed, the Continental U.S. Transit Days are as follows:

The courier for your package will have an estimated arrival date for your package. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item. Q: How much is shipping? And can I calculate shipping costs?
A: Shipping is automatically calculated by taking into account the weight of the item(s) being shipped and the destination of the package. The best way to figure out what the shipping costs would be is to just place the item(s) in your shopping cart and start the check out process. Enter in the correct ship to information and on the next page, you will see the shipping charges. Don't worry, you won't have to enter in any billing info at this stage. You may press "Back" in your browser and modify your order accordingly.
Q: Do you ship to APO and FPO Military Addresses? And how do you ship to APO and FPO Military Addresses?
A: Yes, we gladly support our troops. Since our system cannot calculate shipping charges to APO and FPO addresses, we will notify you of the USPS Priority Mail shipping charges in a separate email after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that we will not charge your credit card until you agree with the shipping charges by replying to that email. Please note that we are unable to ship LCD TVs, Monitors, and Projectors to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Free Shipping to APO and FPO Military Addresses Orders. APO and FPO Military Addresses Orders will be notified of shipping charges in a separate email.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: Yes we do. Unfortunately UPS is unable to ship via 3 Day Select to Hawaii and Alaska. Next Day, 2nd Day and Ground Service are the only available shipping methods. Please be sure to select Next Day, 2nd Day and Ground Service when selection the shipping method to prevent any delays in shipping your order.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: bZippity.com does not ship Internationally at this time. Please check back for any change in this policy.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, UPS is not able to ship to PO Boxes. A physical address will be required for all orders. Please note that if a PO Box is entered into the shipping address, the order may experience a delay in processing and/or the package may experience a delay in delivery.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: bZippity.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item.
Q: Do you accept Will Call pickups?
A: Currently, we do not have the facilities for local customers to come by and pick up items but we do hope to be able to provide this service to our customers soon. Right now, by placing an order with us though, you are guaranteed to have your package arrive in speedy manner since our warehouse is located close to you.
Q: I believe I placed an order but I received no Order Confirmation or Tracking Number. What do I do?
A: Order confirmations and Tracking information emails are automatically sent via email. If you did not receive an email from us, there may be a chance that your email address was entered in wrong or the email was filtered out of your Inbox. Q: I received my order but I suspect the item was physically damaged during shipping. What do I do?
A: Unfortunately, sometimes packages get mis-handled during shipping by the courier resulting in physical damage to the items. Please hold onto the items and all packing materials and contact us immediately by visiting our Contact Us Page. Order Fulfillment

If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and holidays.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be processed through our Contact Us Page . If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. Any order cancellations are subject to verification that all items have not been damaged or worn.
Hawaii and Alaska Orders
Unfortunately UPS is unable to ship via 3 Day Select to Hawaii and Alaska. Next Day, 2nd Day and Ground Service are the only available shipping methods. Please be sure to select Next Day, 2nd Day and Ground Service when selection the shipping method to prevent any delays in shipping your order.
APO / FPO Military Orders
We do provide shipping for APO and FPO Military Addresses. We ship APO and FPO Military Addresses Orders using the USPS Priority Mail Postal System. Order Acceptance Policy

Credit Card Declines
If your credit card is declined during order processing, you will be notified via Email and/or by telephone. You will have 7 days in which to contact us with a different credit card number or alternative payment method. If after 7 days we have not received a response, your order will be cancelled. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item..
Verification Address Holds
If you have placed an order with a billing or shipping address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item. Your order will remain on hold for 7 days, after which if we have not received a response to our requests for more information, your order will be cancelled.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to Florida addresses. For all other States, the purchaser is responsible for any applicable state and local sales tax.

Status of Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via email that your order has been received by bZippity.com. Once your order has been shipped, a Tracking Number will be emailed to you. If you require additional information, please Contact Us.
Product Returns
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved. To begin the return process, please contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Not providing the detailed information requested will delay the returns process. Any item returned without pre-authorization will be subject up to a 30% restocking fee. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 3 business days with instructions for sending back the item(s).
You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. A pro-rated charge will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts. The returned item(s) must be packaged properly. All returned items will be inspected for physical damage. Returns are void and null if returned item(s) is(are) found to be physically damaged. All physically damaged items returned to bZippity.com will be refused and/or returned at customer's own costs. All physical damage and/or missing parts to items when received must be reported within 24 hours after the delivery has been made.
Size exchanges are always welcome and will only be charged shipping. Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), a replacement if applicable and/or requested will be shipped within 3 business days. If you request for a refund, we will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable (bZippity.com cannot be held responsible for shipping costs to send back a defective or non-defective item back to bZippity.com). Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is or has been listed incorrectly due to errors in product's descriptions, features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing, bZippity.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, bZippity.com shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account. In the event a product you received is or has been listed incorrectly due to errors in product's descriptions, features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing, bZippity.com shall have the right to replace, exchange or return the item(s) in question, at our sole discretion. To be eligible for replacement, exchange, and/or return, the item(s) in question must be unopened and in unused condition.
